IMPERIAL Cassotto Accordion
This
is a
very nice accordion. I've had it for more than 10 years. It has a
compact body design and light weight and is very comfortable to play.
The reeds are hand-made and sound fabulous. The compression is
excellent. Last month I added a new bellows protector and tuned the
instrument. It is set to 442 Hz with a special touch to the
out-of-chamber clarinet reeds that results in the unique Balkan sound
of the Dallape Supermaestro from the 1950-60s. There is no musette,
just a subtle tonal color that will always make you smile when you
select the MM or MMH switches.
Please, note that several of the white key tops show surface hairline cracks. You can't feel them as you play and it is difficult to show them in a photograph.
